Our client is looking for high skilled welders with weld processes such as, flux-cored arc welding (FCAW)

• -Working knowledge and (3+ years) experience in welding operations required with detailed knowledge of sub-arc welding (SAW) preferred
  -Has the ability to operate precision measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and tape
  -Must be able to complete a welding test -Has great communication skills in English (conversational level)
  -Able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.
  -Valid driver's license required
  -Welding certifications

• Implement and maintain preheat and interpass temperatures
• Read, understand and implement welding process specifications, part drawings and related documentation
• Verify serial number of the equipment in weld repair process
• Maintain accurate record of work completed in work repair routers and welder personal tally book
• Safely operate additional tools such as grinders, cut-off saws, band saws, flame cutting and plasma cutting equipment
• Operates lifting equipment such as overhead cranes, jib cranes and forklifts
• Maintains inventory of welding supplies routinely used in the operation by inspecting stock and requesting order for supplies as needed
