Weighbridge Operator

Our Client based in Newbury, who have been established for over 25 years are the leading processor and recycler of WEEE waste in the UK are looking for a Weighbridge Operator on a permanent full time basis due to continuous business growth .

Salary & benefits
* £19,500 - £21,060 DOE
* Monday - Friday 7:30am - 17:00 (45 hours per week) Hours to be flexible depending on Business needs

Duties & Responsibilities
* Punctual professional and courteous towards customers
* Safely control vehicles in and out of the yard
* Weighing material and producing weighbridge tickets
* Organised and have the ability to use initiative and think on your feet
* Completion of hazardous waste documentation and checking duty of care paperwork
* Matching reports and checking data
* Keeping training manuals up to date
* Liaising with yard manager and other sites regarding deliveries and collections

Skills & Requirements
* 1 year Administration Data Entry experience
* GCSE Maths and English
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong attention to detail
* Organised and have a good level of initiative when it comes to thinking on your feet.
