Do you enjoy discussions about TV shows and favorite films? Now you can do it while working! We currently seek Customer Service Advisors for our partner HBO GO, the online streaming service of the digital media giant HBO.
Functie eisen
- Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to quickly identify customers' problem and needs
- Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
- A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
- Team players with the ability to work
- Native Polish and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media from customers
- Help customers with service-related issues
- Inform customers of promo events
- Communication with customers is in Polish and the official communication within the company in English
- Work shifts: morning 10:00-18:45, afternoon 14:00-23:00, weekends and bank holidays 12:00-18:00
- Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
- Suitable for people without experience
