• EMPLOYMENT VETTING ADMINISTRATOR/COMPLIANCE OFFICER
• SALARY £20,000 - £21,000
• HOURS 09.00 - 17.30 MON - FRI
• 28 DAYS PAID HOLIDAY

Key Duties:

• Ensuring candidates selected for Airport roles are vetted in line with CAA regulations prior to starting
• Obtaining a full 5-year reference/employment history for all applicants to comply with CAA standards (full training will be given)
• Applying for criminal record checks both UK and overseas when applicable
• Calling candidates to keep them updated on the progress of their application
• Coordinating and arranging training for candidates with outside suppliers
• Liaising with companies by telephone and email updating them on candidates' progress

About you:

• Basic computer skills required excel/word
• Fluent English
• Strong work ethic and determined to achieve set targets
• Attention to detail
• To succeed in this role, you need to be able to multi-task! you will also need to be confident, self-motivated and have the drive and tenacity to achieve in a highly rewarding but competitive industry.
• A strong and tenacious personality and the ability to thrive in a targeted environment.
• You must be a real 'people person' and enjoy communicating with your candidates & clients both over the telephone and face-to-face
• Excellent time management with effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administration and record keeping skills
• A working knowledge and experience within the Aviation industry and CAA regulations would be advantageous
• A reliable team player
