We are a small family run care provider which means we have time to invest in our Care Assistants and make sure you are provided with the best working environment possible. We always make sure you meet the people you will be caring for first with a paid introduction visit for 1 hour to ensure our carers and customers are happy.

Our Care Assistants work in the local community so it is essential that you must have a Full Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

No experience necessary as we provide full training and ongoing support to ensure that you hold the competence to fulfil your responsibilities as a Care Assistant. We also warmly welcome applications from those with previous Carer or Support Worker experience.
