Staffing Match is working in Partnership with one of the UK's leading furniture companies. Due to continued growth they require Class 1 drivers to join their team on a long term / temp to perm basis. If you are looking for long term work with a secure company this job is for you.
The role:
Ideally flexible to work all start times but can look at potential specific starts (e.g. between 06:00 and 11:00) for the right candidate.
First runs start at 02:00, followed by 04:30 followed by 06:00 and then run every 2 hours until 18:00. No loading/ unloading required, essentially 'stop and drop'
- Rate of pay £16.50 per hour PAYE
- 4/5 days per week between Monday and Saturday
- Early starts
- Once permanent - Guaranteed 48 hours per week pay (if you did 40 hours you still get paid 48)
- A competitive permanent salary
- Full training is provided
The Person:
- A full UK driving licence with entitlement to drive Class 1 vehicles
- No more than 6 points and at least 12 months driving experience
- Valid Digital tachograph and CPC Card
