Staffing Match is working In Partnership with one of the UK's leading furniture companies in Sheffield. Due to continued growth they require 7.5t / HGV 2 drivers to join their team on a long term / temp to perm basis. If you are looking for long term work with a secure company this job is for you. The role:
Working as part of a 2 man crew home delivery team. Driving a 7.5t vehicle with an experienced drivers mate. Delivering and installing furniture into customers homes, ensuring the highest level of customer service is achieved. Heavy lifting is involved.
- Rate of pay paye £10.50. Umbrella £12.50 p/h
- 4 days per week between Monday and Saturday.
- 05:00 - 07:00 starts
- Permanent salary + benefits
- Full training is provided
- You will need to have a criminal check
The Person:
- A full UK driving licence with entitlement to drive 7.5t vehicles
- No more than 6 points and at least 12 months driving experience
- Valid Digital tachograph and CPC Card
- Able to work in a demanding job that requires you to load and unload your vehicle, deliver and assemble furniture
- Experience in home / business delivery essential
- This is a customer facing role so presentation and attitude are essential
